Pracana Dam

 
The grey concrete of the Pracana Dam contrasts with the green of the forest area and of the mountain slope. Located at the Tagus river basin, on the River Ocreza, it is 60 metres high above the soil and has 115 metres of crowning length. 

Its main function is to produce electricity, but it also enables the undertaking of sports activities, such as fishing.
