Nossa Senhora da Conceição Chapel – Ourém

 
Founded in 1578, the Nossa Senhora da Conceição Chapel is characterised by the Mannerist style. It comprises a nave covered with tiles. The temple has a presbytery enriched by an altarpiece which boasts two mural paintings, where Saint Ambrósio and Saint Agostinho are featured. 

Near the building there is a porch supported by round shaft columns and Tuscan capitals. Many pilgrims have slept under the temple’s porch.
