Holy Spirit Parochial Church – Monsanto

 
The imposing façade of the Holy Spirit Parochial Church stands out with its baroque style. Dated of 1768, the temple has a beautiful presbytery and the depiction of the Holy Trinity in stone inside. 

The overwhelming gate of the great window of the choir reveals itself between two baldaquin niches, where one can see the sculptures in stone of S. João Evangelista and Nossa Senhora da Conceição, forming the Calvary. On the pediment it can be seen the Holy Spirit in intaglio under a stone canopy.
