“Outeiro de S. Pedro”

 
The “Outeiro de S. Pedro”, located nearby the Abrantes Castle, is a monument in honour of D. Nuno Álvares Pereira, Portuguese noble and general from the 14th century. Inaugurated in 1968, it is a work by the sculptor António Lagoa Henriques. It is one of the best places to enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the municipality.
