| The company Green Roc Outdoor Life organises canoeing activities on the rivers Zêzere, Tagus and Nabão. The trails have different durations and difficulty levels, being possible to take place on calm waters with no obstacles or on areas with rapids, mild weirs and some obstacles.
It also organises paragliding, canyoning, climbing and walking tours activities.
