Routes

In the Valley of Ocreza, one of the rare areas of the rock art complex of the Tagus which was not submerged by the Fratel dam, there are close to thirty rocks with engravings registered. They can be found in two areas: one close to the Pracana dam and another near the Mouth of the River Ocreza.

The engravings must have been done during the Palaeolithic or the Neolithic / Chalcolithic (accompanying the expansion of the megalithic and the agro-pastoralism).
